Kneeling Ab Rollout

Strengthen your core and improve your posture with our kneeling ab rollout workout. This exercise targets the rectus abdominis, obliques, and lower back muscles for a stronger, leaner physique. 🏋️‍♀️💪🏼

  1. Kneel with ab roller in front of knees – hands on handles.
  2. Engage core.
  3. Inhale while slowly rolling wheel forward – keep weight evenly distributed between handles.
  4. Do not allow lower back to sag throughout forward motion.
  5. Exhale and reverse motion keeping back straight and core engaged.
  6. Repeat desired number of reps.
